Series 34 FOREX Training

The series 34 exam consists of 40 scored multiple choice questions. each person taking this licensing test has 1 hour to complete the exam. 70% is the required passing grade.

The Series 34 exam is a National Futures Association (NFA) Test, and does not require sponsorship from a member firm.

• Terminology and Currency Types - Base currency, quote currency, terms currency secondary currency

• Quotes and Points - Forward points , Spot rates and spot price

• Trading Markets including trade dates and settlement dates

• Forex Trading - Cross rate transactions and profit/loss calculations and transaction costs

• Advertisements and Forex trading risks. This includes types of risk: market risk, credit risk and exchange rate risk

• Economic Effect on Forex Trading - Economic and fiscal policy effect, central banks and balance of payments

• Forex Rules and Regulations - CFTC Trading Regulations, NFA Rules and NFA membership and associate membership requirements

• Maintaining Customers Records - Trading Transactions, Retaining and Record Keeping
